At Altair The Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
